My husband took me for a drive the other day and I spotted this home with a fence. Initially we drove past the home and then I had a flash of insight, I envisioned how I would process a photo of the house. I asked my husband to please back up. He's good about requests like that. Picturing the photo in my mind before I captured the image was a new experience for me. It was kind of fun.

I like very much the vision you had for this image and how you executed it, Shanna! A gorgeous sepia. But I must wonder what the purpose of the fence is... :-)
(I relate to you introduction and have only recently even asked what my photography "voice" is or might be. I'm clearer about my writing. Enjoy the journey.)
Great follow through with your vision! Love the edit..great shot!
LOVE the way you did this shot! :)
Hi Shanna!
I love your shot of the fence, as well as your processing! Just beautiful!!!!
I know this is way overdue, but I want to tell you a couple of things. First of all, thanks so much for becoming a new follower of mine! I am now following you as well! Also, I wanted to Thank You so Much for stopping by my blog and leaving your sweet compliments! I want to say 'Thank You'!

It has turned out very well! I love the sepia tones, and the huge empty space of the sky pressing down on the house. And I like that the furrows do not lead straight to the house, but are a bit offset!
Gorgeous composition and processing in sepia.
